24th - 31st May 2010

Join us on a 126 km race over 24 hours along the most hostile desert coastline on the planet – the Namibian Skeleton Coast. The race takes us through gravel plains framed by distant ridges and mountains and takes place under the clearest of blue skies. Participants will be required to remain self sufficient over the 24 hour period by carrying their own food and equipment for the duration of the event, although water will be provided every 21km.

Spanish 24hr Ultra

This race is of an extreme nature. It will be a serious undertaking to train hard enough to cover 126km (78 miles) in the brief time span of 24 hours.

Contestants will be completely self reliant from the start of the race until the end, and will need to carry their food and equipment on their backs. Water stations and medical tents will be provided at 20km intervals along the route. Temperatures are expected to be in the region of min 5ºc / max 40 ºc but could be more extreme.
